Songwriting Workshop

Songwriting with Ali Cook and Hane McLeish

Saturday 10/24 and Sunday 10/25 | 1:00-4:00 PM, Cost: $150

Musicians of all ages and levels are welcome, and no previous songwriting experience is required!

Students will deconstruct what makes great songs work, develop their own original ideas, and receive constructive feedback from Ali, Hane, and the group. All instruments are welcome, including digital composition. In this workshop we will work on individual projects as well as group writing, writing exercises and prompts, and some studying of great songwriting. Two days will give us time to dig into these projects and come out with finished songs.
